Old Town Escrow was established in 2005, the result of a dream of the owning partners, Max Pellegrini, Laurel Pellegrini and Danna Fontes. Laurel and Danna have worked in the escrow industry since the early 1990's in every facet of the escrow industry. Max brings to the company a different perspective, as he has been a licensed Realtor since 1993. Based on the idea that most escrow companies have lost their touch with customer service, we at Old Town Escrow have raised the level of customer service in the escrow industry. We work together with all of our clients to meet each of their needs.

Danna Fontes, Escrow Officer
Beginning her escrow career in 1992 as a receptionist in a San Marino escrow company, Danna moved up quickly in the industry with promotions to Escrow Assistant then to Escrow Officer. As co-founder of Old Town Escrow, Danna Brings 18 years of escrow experience in Residential/Commercial Sales, Refinance, Relocation, and 1031 Exchange transactions.
Danna loves spending time with her three beautiful children. |

Laurel Pellegrini, Escrow Officer
Laurel has worked in escrow since 1996 beginning her career in Pasadena. Her acquired knowledge in residential & commercial transactions, refinance, and 1031 exchanges helped promote her to the position of Escrow Officer for an escrow company in Glendale. After years of service, her love for Pasadena drew her back and she helped establish Old Town Escrow.
Laurel, a co-founder of Old Town Escrow, was born and raised in South Pasadena and attended South Pasadena High School. Laurel enjoys spending time with her husband and their two beautiful sons, Devin and Patrick. |

Suzie Wesson, Escrow Officer
Suzie graduated from the University of Long Beach. She has held a
real estate license for over ten years, and has been working in the
escrow business for eight. With this experience she is very familiar with
all sides of the real estate process. |

Deanna Sanchez, Escrow Officer
Deanna Sanchez grew up in the San Gabriel Valley Area of Los Angeles and has worked throughout the Foothill Pasadena Area as well as Orange County.
Deanna has experience with sale, refinance, REO, short sale and 1031 exchange transactions, in addition to managing a branch for a reputable escrow company.
Deanna currently lives in the Newport Beach area with her daughter. With her patience and dedication she values the opportunity to earn your trust and become a valued member of your team! |

Tambra Anderson, Junior Escrow Officer
Tambra Anderson was born and raised in Southern Orange County. She graduated from Dana Hills High School and continued her education at Saddleback College. Her career started at the age 17 working as a receptionist for a mortgage broker in Mission, Viejo. Shortly thereafter she was promoted to loan processor. She has worked in the mortgage industry for about five years after which she branched out and started working as an Escrow Assistant. I am most familiar with REO's and Refinance transactions. She is currently studying Real Estate and is a licensed Notary Public.
Tambra's experience working in a few different fields of the Real estate Industry helped her gain knowledge and understanding from a lender's, Escrow Officer's and Real Estate Agent's perspective on transactions. She is an outgoing individual who thrives off time spent with her 3 year old son. |
